• Being part of this development has been a great blessing for me in my professional and personal life, the owners (Helfon, Gorsthein and Fasja family) made me their partner and we founded the Cobbasa Company with which we built practically everything that is currently in the development, we were there since the beginning of 2001.
  until 2015.The construction of 7 Villas Arenas, 21 Villas Conchas, 2 Residences, 7 Towers with 8 Apartments each in Las Estrellas and 50 hectares of landscaping along with many swimming pools was carried out. This development is located in the tourist corridor between San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas at kilometer 10.
